As a Senior Lean Process Engineer, youll lead process optimization, metrics and gap analysis, process visualization, process intelligence and quality management. Youll proactively identify and understand process improvement opportunities to design and implement. Youll primarily focus on lean portfolio processes, tooling and time charging processes and enhancing PID management & lean agile portfolio processes; all the while serving as a representative of the Strategic Platforms Team (SPT). Ideally, youll bring thorough knowledge of processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc. and a strong technical and business background to effectively sponsor and champion processes that support the organization.


What youll do:


+ Define and implement process re-engineering framework including prioritization of friction points to address within product and scrum teams to provide an impact on results & culture

+ Iterative refinement of agile operating model based on frequent retrospectives and focus groups surveys to identify friction points that impact velocity & quality

+ Continuous development & optimization of lean agile operating model including roles & responsibilities (function & form), process flows, tool utilization, training & communications

+ Agile coaching and adoption of process improvements

+ Drive adoption of agile practices across the delivery organization to increase value to customers, business & stakeholders

+ Develop and track process performance measures to ensure delivery of business value

+ Create and execute training & resources addressing agile ceremonies, roles and processes

+ Leverage agile metrics to identify gap trends, persistent issues, adoption barriers and customize adoption and coaching to ensure successful execution


What youll need:


+ Typically requires 5-10 years of experience in lean agile software development

+ Expert level experience managing improvement and transformations, tool changes and agile methodology

+ Experience in quality management and process improvements in release management test data and defect management

+ Experience with Jira tools and processes

+ An ability to challenge the way its always been done

+ Experience with policy exceptions and change management

+ Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills

+ Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail as well problem-solving skills

+ An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced environment

This position can be located anywhere in the US and is a flex working position which will require office presence and up to 20% travel.
