Flexible for PA, MA, VT - with frequent travel to Purchase, NY*** The Division Senior Learning Partner are part of the PBNA Leadership & Learning team and are responsible for consulting and supporting the Sector corporate functions and North Division learning and development strategy with the outcome of designing and delivering consistently best in class learning experience and ensuring we can rapidly build and deploy capability as needed as well as drive the national learning agenda. This role works closely with the division leaders, GTM, HRBPs, overall Learning and Talent Management teams to ensure our approach to learning and development supports the delivery of our talent strategy; partner with HRBPs to ensure thorough learning needs analysis are conducted, appropriate solutions are available and subsequently ensuring those solutions are implemented and evaluated efficiently and effectively across the division; and also partner with the functional capability teams to ensure a cohesive approach to learning that enhance employee experience. Purpose of Role: The Sr Learning Partner role is integral to the PBNA Leadership & Learning team and is assigned to support the two Division Learning and Development. This position will need to manage multiple and complex projects, work with cross functional teams, understand business needs and diagnose opportunities, create project plans, craft and execute learning strategy, plans and solutions, manage key stakeholders and provide solutions to enable individual and organization capability growth. This includes a variety of projects in areas such as: Onboarding, functional training, leadership training, AOP initiatives, capability assessments and roadmaps, Academies, new technology, and organization development initiatives. Key Accountabilities: - Translate overarching PBNA Learning & Organization Capabilities priorities for the Division. - Diagnose, define and prioritize Division learning and development needs including leadership and people management, personal effectiveness, onboarding and functional capability development as well as partner with the broader Learning team in key projects - Partner with Division leadership and TMOD Lead to identify, define, plan and support the execution of the division capability priorities and strategies - Conduct regular capability consultations and partner on ad hoc capability needs with HRBPs, UGMS, Market directors and Division leadership team - Conduct annual Division Learning and Organization capabilities needs assessment to support the Division to shape AOP priorities - Partner/consult with Leadership and Learning team and TMOD team on solution development and collaborate in national initiatives including continuous improving our learning culture - Design, deploy and maintain national and/or support division learning solution including core learning materials / curriculum, career roadmaps, identification of innovative 70-20-10 activities along with digital and in the flow of work solutions to drive strong experiences, delivery of L&D interventions. - Design, maintain and leverage data insights of metrics and measurement tools, consider trends and best practices to generate insights, form recommendations and solutions to address division capabilities opportunities and facilitate decision making - Facilitate leadership and soft skills trainings and programs to a wide range of audiences (junior to senior people leaders). Must have a passion and desire to deliver content (i.e. Elevate, Coaching, Academies, etc.) - Support on the creation and execution of the annual PBNA learning calendar ensuring appropriate prioritization and adherence to defined budget and priorities - Guarantee brilliant execution and coordination of agreed national learning programs within assigned divisions including faculty, logistics, scheduling and communicating to all participants in a timely and effective way - Partners with the division and HRBPs to implement learning initiatives such as training, programs, assessments, career frameworks, etc. - Champion and Advocate for a Learning culture and learning tools - usage, continuous improvement, new initiatives, and experiences - Ensure the division is kept informed and updated on the global and national developments in learning strategy, infrastructure and processes and implements accordingly - Consistently seek to challenge and improve our learning solutions design and execution: share leading practices and bring outside in research to help keep our learning strategy best in class - COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Please note that all such company vaccine requirements provide the opportunity to request an approved accommodation or exemption under applicable law Qualifications/Requirements - Bachelors Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or - Human Resource Management or Organization - - - Development and Leadership or related field (required) - Masters degree in related field (preferred). Work Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of Learning and Development or Field HRBP or Talent Management or Organization Development experience. - Can develop L&D plans and interventions to meet the current and future needs and is skilled at building these into business plans - Builds effective relationships and works in conjunction with other HR and functional teams to ensure programs and initiatives are supported and delivered smoothly - Ability to influence and educate on learning and development and best practice - Has a detailed knowledge of Learning and Talent Processes and associated policies, procedures and practices and advises on them - PBNA Field HR experience preferred - Capability to gather, consolidate, analyses and present data and information in a meaningful way - Prior facilitation experience - Understands LMS, LXP, emerging learning technologies and how to use it to deliver key aspects of Learning Qualifications/Requirements: Strong knowledge and experience with learning and development including design thinking, instructional design, learner analysis and the end-to-end learning process (i.e. learning evaluation and needs assessment, program design, develop and delivery) Strong consultative and diagnostic skills, including coaching and ability to influence without authority and collaborate for success Ability to influence through a matrix organization and communicate effectively Ability to engage with client groups, including senior business leaders and senior HR leaders, to assess organizational issues and develop appropriate solutions Ability to interpret employee needs and translate these into a coherent program of work and actionable items Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with the need to manage constant change and work through organizational complexity and ambiguity, while being agile and resilient to change Ability to manage multiple and complex projects, work collaboratively with cross functional teams and deliver on timelines and budget Strong organizational and project management skills Strict attention to detail and ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Able to work independently and as a member of a broader team Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate dialogue and trainings to move groups and teams forward Advanced facilitation skills with a high comfort level of facilitating in small and large groups including Senior Leadership Ability to work with and maintain confidential information Savvy in learning technologies (Brainshark, Articulate Rise/360, LRS and LMS systems) and MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project Location: Greater NY area Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
