Job Description

The Field Optimization Channel Lead sits within the Multichannel Marketing group and focuses on implementing and executing tactics, which support the success of the field sales team. The Channel Lead is responsible for executing customer engagement tactics within their channel, as well as capability planning, evolution, and identification of platform or service enhancements. The Channel Lead will have in-depth expertise of field sales CRM platforms and technology used by sales force representatives, and is accountable for creating and deploying content guidelines for assigned channels. This individual will play a key role in advising on best practices within their assigned channel to improve customer engagement and identify innovation and investment opportunities. The Channel Lead coordinates with other channel leads within the MCM group to identify ways to utilize their channel and platforms to enhance customer experience. 

The Multichannel Marketing group at Teva focuses on building and deploying innovative and efficient marketing channels to enhance the customer experience. The Field Optimization Channel Lead manages the delivery and growth of services offered by MCM to various brand teams across Teva Sales & Marketing.

  • Education Required: BA/BS in applicable discipline from an accredited university/college
  • Experience Required:Executional experience in a multi-channel marketing group
  • Experience in digital marketing environment
  • Minimum of 7 years experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Minimum of 3 years experience developing content to support customer-facing field sales organizations
  • Knowledge of cross channel execution and best practices
  • Understanding of speaker program technology processes and management platforms and internal/government compliance requirements
  • Competencies and Skills

Functional Skills/ Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of the role of the customer facing field organizations (e.g., sales representative, market access, medical science liaison (MSL) and certified nurse educators)
  • In-depth understanding of the technology platforms utilized by field organization (i.e., Veeva)
  • Understanding of healthcare professional speaker programs and technology integrations with field operations
  • Understanding of emerging content platforms, including  virtual reality, augmented reality, and other video approaches
  • Understanding of cloud-based sales force enablement technologies
  • Understanding of field sales channel specific strategies and tactics
