Be a thought leader and subject matter expert, recognizing trends/opportunities and formulating hypotheses and creative recommendations relevant to the business and target audiences.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E30% Drive Creative Excellence \u0026mdash; Provide creative direction to a focused creative team, vendors, and external agencies. Develop and present industry-leading creative concepts while balancing strategic business objectives. Generate unique solutions that embrace new ideas. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align creative across channels in alignment with the creative brief. Manage and maintain channel-specific brand guidelines and best practices while adhering to The Home Depot overarching brand standards. Champion the customer by thoroughly understanding their needs. Leveraging data and user research to create engaging optimized experiences.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E20% Build \u0026 Mentor\u0026mdash; Recruit, hire and mentor a cross-disciplinary creative team of designers, writers and cross-functional partners (Ex: Developers, UX Designers) in defining a world-class customer experience that bridges online and offline channels (store, online, print, email).\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E5% Drive Operational Efficiency \u0026mdash; Organize and optimize creative processes to meet deadlines, manage budgets and streamline workflows, researching new technologies to increase efficiency at scale.
