Job Description

The Senior Manager, Customer Experience Marketing works with internal cross-functional partners and vendors to manage patient affordability programs and hub services. The candidate will be responsible for managing the business management offerings to ensure they are optimally executed, competitive, and aligned with brand strategy. This position will report to the Director, Business Management Marketing and will work on the administration of business management programs, and collaborate with brand peers focused on HCP, payer, and consumer promotion.


-Manage copay card and other patient affordability programs, including vendor relationships and promotional messaging to HCPs, pharmacies, and patients

-Work closely with customer-facing representatives and sales operations to ensure optimal program execution

-Work collaboratively with other members of the Marketing team

-Follow Teva Safety, Health, Environmental and compliance policies and procedures. 

-Other projects and duties as required/assigned

-Domestic travel 10% required


Education: Bachelors Degree

Education Preferred: Post Graduate Degree

Experience Required: 5 Years of pharmaceutical experience or relevant brand management experience, 2 years of marketing experience or equivalent (based on performance)

Experience Preferred: Pharmaceutical experience outside of marketing function.   Brand management experience across customer segments.  Copay program and/or patient affordability program experience preferred.
