**The Job**


Xandrs Education & Enablement (E&E) team focuses on fostering a culture of learning that inspires innovation, drives Xandrs performance, and enables customers and employees to be successful. We do that through a passionate team of trainers and content developers who work to provide programs which aid in the understanding of industry and product complexities. Our team is seeking an energetic, passionate enablement training lead that can help bring these programs and narratives to life for our employees.


**You Will**


+ Manage and run Xandrs Global Enablement Training (XGET) program by partnering with stakeholders across the organization to host company-wide training sessions for employees on industry updates, product launches, alpha and beta sessions, new product features, sales enablement content, or other company-wide content.

+ Act as the face of all XGET sessions, bringing life and energy as you conduct these sessions across Xandr

+ Work with stakeholders to turn enablement content into scaled, relevant educational assets

+ Advise on presentation best practices and provide coaching to employees during content development

+ Drive cross-collaboration between product, marketing, and commercial teams to encourage holistic presentations and ensure the content tells the right story for the audience. Help to project manage the front-to-back process.

+ Assist in translating technical information for nontechnical audiences and ensure this is reflected in presentations

+ Run logistics, manage questions and technical elements of live XGETs.

+ Manage the XGET calendar and handle the scheduling of events including preparation and rehearsal meetings with delivery team and relevant stakeholders

+ Partner with initiatives across the E&E team (external training and more)

+ Continuously identify ways to improve the training and scheduling process

+ Help ensure Education & Enablement resources are effectively shared and accessible to employees across the company; package and promote content and programs to market them internally through email communications, team meetings, etc.

+ Support relevant operational workstreams within the team (session recording management, documentation, maintenance of content libraries, learning management system access, various other team needs)


**You Have**


+ Skilled communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to deeply connect with People: good listener, expresses ideas in a confident, organized and articulate manner and demonstrates advanced influence skills

+ Strong presenter with the ability to engage an audience, and coach others on best practices

+ Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently and consistently meeting project deliverables on time

+ Proven success with remote training

+ Ability to work with teams across different functional groups in multiple regions

+ Ability to translate complex, technical information for nontechnical audiences

+ Critical thinker with the ability to trouble shoot and develop creative solutions to solve problems and overcome challenges

+ Solid understanding of and excellent technical capabilities within the Microsoft Office Suite

+ Detail-oriented and well organized

+ Flexible and adaptable to an ever-evolving environment

+ Experience in the AdTech industry
