\u003Cdiv data-field=\u0022Position_Description\u0022 class=\u0022Summary\u0022\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPOSITION PURPOSE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EThe Senior Manager will oversee the management of Service Provider Onboarding for the entire Home Services Organization by creating efficient and accurate processes and driving optimal team performance. This role will be directly responsible for ensuring the Service Provider Onboarding experience is streamlined, efficient, transparent and that the team is providing excellent customer service throughout. The Senior Manager is also responsible for evaluating current processes, determining and implementing systemic and process improvements. The Senior Manager will have oversight over the entire onboarding team in managing daily operations; including scheduling, performance management, development plans, training, quality reviews, implementing process improvements, developing metric reporting, driving data integrity initiatives and setting strategic direction. This role partners with the Sr. Manager of Audit \u0026 Research and Sr. Manager of Compliance Operations to create synergies across team and maintain Service Provider Compliance across the network.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E20%-Partner with Install Merchants and Field teams to manage Compliance/ Provider Support workload and build strong working relationships focusing on providing excellent customer service. Create the team provider support strategy by providing recommendations for team development and tools for process improvements \u003Cbr /\u003E 20%-Seek industry standards for best practices and actively driving business requirements for system development. Prepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on analysis of industry/business, competitive landscape, consumer data, etc. \u003Cbr /\u003EDetermine goals, direction, and action plans necessary to maximize short-ter. \u003Cbr /\u003E 20%-Provide vendor Management; monitor third party vendors and outside legal firms to ensure quality compliance processing and reporting. \u003Cbr /\u003E 20%-Provide direction to managers in regards to building and managing metric reporting database to monitor daily team activities, data activities, error rates, cycle times, etc. Collect findings and make high-level verbal/written recommendations and/or presentations to upper management.
