Job Description

The iMCMs (Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing) Multichannel Engagement Team Leads primary role is to identify and recommend relevant programs and tactics within the channel as a part of the Integrated Multi-Channel Customer Strategy and Plan to pull through Brand Strategies and create meaningful and differentiated customer experiences for a variety of customer types (HCP, Patient/Consumer, etc.) for in-line US brands. This individual works closely with the US brand teams, internal cross-functional partners and external agency partners to develop multi-channel strategies and manage all phases of execution and measurement for the tactical plans. The Multichannel Engagement Lead also plays a key role in generating insights in order to drive ongoing optimization of brand campaigns and continual alignment of plans and strategies with brand objectives, goals and budgets.

  • Able to translate brand strategies into compelling multi-channel marketing strategies and plans driven by customer insights and analytics

  • Influences the business approach to integrated multi-channel management

Be a great partner

  • Provides clear and firm direction to agencies and internal partners for channel mix selection, content development and tactical delivery
Qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience:

  • 5 - 7 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in data-driven marketing, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred.
  • Brand, Multi-Channel, Digital marketing, Media, and Strategic planning experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is a must.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Strong ability to build cross-functional consensus.
  • Embedding multi-channel marketing strategy into brand strategies for new and existing commercial products.
