Sodexo's Energy & Resources Segment is searching for a District (Operations) Manager to lead and grow our Energy & Resource portfolio. The position will be for remote work, from your home office, with some travel required to support the program and operations in a portfolio of 12 units located across the US.
Ideal candidate can live in **Washington state, Montana, California, Texas, Oklahoma,**
**NewJersey, Illinois, and Louisiana.**

The ideal candidate will need to have commercial facilities management experience in both hard and soft services. Industrial refinery experience is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**
Senior (Reports to the Client Executive)
+ Provides strategic direction to the district by promoting best business practices to uphold Company mission and values.
+ Coordinate & Direct Operations, Performance and Quality Monitoring Strategic Leadership, Financial Acumen, Analytical Thinking, Interpersonal Relations
+ Diversity Awareness
+ Influence Drive & Dependability Integrity Stress Tolerance/Flexibility Team Building Coaching & Mentoring Communications.
+ Ability to travel- 50%- 80%
+ Monitors site-level financial and performance metrics
+ Monitors for scope creep and recommends contract amendments as needed
+ Works with clients on contract renewals
+ Oversees vendor/supplier contract negotiations to provide better terms/conditions for client and Sodexo
+ Handles labor (union) negotiations in conjunction with Sodexo Labor Relations
+ Demonstrates deep understanding of client contracts

Provides input regarding opportunities for product / service or brand enhancements while test piloting products/programs, etc. Assists with modification of products / services to meet operational needs. Assists with Unit Operating System development and initial installation of new products, services and programs.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years in operations, operations support, or a related field
