This is a management development program in which the individual will work on various projects supporting the Store Operations and the Outside Sales and Services functions with a focus on both compliance and process improvement. Create effective written communications to report results to business owners and executive management including the CFO/CEO and Board of Directors\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E15% Design tests and analytics to identify and quantify specific process improvement opportunities including cost-out and risk mitigation. Develop talent by supporting the recruitment of strong candidates, leading training courses and providing on-the-job coaching to managers and staff associates\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E20% Lead change management for all project teams including establishing a vision for the change, building alignment with key business partners and establishing implementation plans that mitigate challenges and ensure sustainability of results.
