This senior manager will have responsibility to manage both strategic and tactical execution of in store lead generation programs, including overseeing Home Depot Interiors in store marketing program, partnering with field leaders to create a high performing in store marketing team by developing programs and metrics to ensure they maximize sales opportunities while delivering the best customer experience.\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E 30% Project Leadership, Develops an effective plan for controlling project scope, schedule, task assignment, budget and monitors project execution to ensure the plan is being followed. \u003Cbr /\u003E 30% Drives consistent program governance around pilots and projects, including performance metrics, risk management, relationships management with stakeholders, and ensuring appropriate change management practices are included in the project program. \u003Cbr /\u003E 20% Develops an effective plan for communicating project information to teams and stakeholders. Develops written status reports and scorecards and presents review documents to leadership. Collects and documents project issues and manages their timely resolution. \u003Cbr /\u003E 10% Shares responsibility with cross functional project leaders in promoting associate engagement. Ensures duties and responsibilities are understood by everyone and that an inclusive environment is maintained. \u003Cbr /\u003E 10% Manage team responsible for planning and executing key meetings associated with projects.
