Senior Manager/TL Supply Chain Planning and Scheduling

**What You Will Achieve**



This position is accountable for the direct oversight of the material planning, DP site/shop floor scheduling, inventory management and supply assurance for Drug Product and API Operations. Required to maintain a culture of compliance, customer focus, innovation and inclusion. Provide leadership and guidance through appropriate application of technical knowledge to troubleshoot challenges and identify and implement process improvements. Collaborate with operations, network planning, quality, customer service, global supply chain, finance, procurement, and external suppliers to assure alignment. Member of the Supply Chain Operations Leadership Team.



**How You Will Achieve**



This position reports to the Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations and is responsible for the following:



+ Direct Supervisor of 11 direct reports (one working people leader and 9 individual contributors); total organization of ~22 colleagues.

+ Material Planning for Drug Product and API Operations

+ Site/shop floor Scheduling for Drug Product

+ Responsible for appropriate inventory levels in cooperation with Operations, etc. and meeting those targets

+ Supply corrective actions, incident management and resolution for operational supply issues

+ SAP systems improvements to assure consistent/accurate data (Planning, Forecasting, Inventory, LE, etc.)

+ IMEx Material Supply ecosystem T1 and T2 leadership

+ Facilitate relationship between Site Planning Team and Network Planning Team

+ Generate, analyze, and communicate MSA metrics - Interact with multiple plant departments to ensure that schedule attainment and inventory goals are met

+ Support new product launches, product transfers and change projects

+ HOSuN DP Redeployment and API HOSun Deployment leadership.





**Qualifications**



**Must-Have**



Bachelor's degree in Integrated Supply Chain Management, or related field and a minimum of 9 years of experience, or Master's degree plus 7 years of experience required.



Previous experience as a manager of colleagues is required and experience leading professional work force is preferred.



**Functional/Technical Knowledge:**



Exposure to multiple manufacturing practices, supply chain management, inventory maintenance and project management experience highly desirable. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to share vision, direction, and data with colleagues across all levels and in a wide range of different work groups. Demonstrated skills in leading, planning, integrating, coordinating similar/related teams, work processes and/or functions. Hands on experience with supply chain management ERP software - SAP preferred. Knowledge of cGMP's in a manufacturing environment. Thorough knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean.

**Physical/Mental Requirements**
