The USAF partnered with AT&T to consolidate multiple disparate expenditures and IT projects into a consolidated enterprise while still allowing its users to retain the ability to tailor services and service levels. AT&T is providing commercial IT services to the USAF to improve performance of IT services and allow re-missioning of military personnel to cyber warfighting missions.

The AT&T CNOSC Network Operations Center (NOC) has an opening for a Commercial Solutions for Classified capability (CSfC) Network Engineer to support a 24 x 7 Network Operation Center which provides management and oversight of various networks in a multi-tenant secure environment. The CSfC Network Engineer is a highly experienced engineer with expertise in creating and implementing and maintaining NSA CSfC solutions.


+ Employee will assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Commercial Solutions for Classified capability (CSfC) packages.

+ Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting expertise necessary to maintain continuous operations in a mission critical government solution according to the established government published capabilities packages.

+ Support the accreditation efforts of a commercial/classified solution package.

+ Employee will be responsible for the monitoring and on-going maintenance of routers, servers, switches, and firewall interconnections

+ Isolate and resolve end-to-end complex IP routing and connectivity issues.

+ Network Operations Center Engineering staff are an on-site resource. The work environment will be within a secure facility which operates on a 24x7 basis.

+ Must be able to work non-traditional business hours/Shifts as needed. (7AM-5PM) (2PM-Midnight), (Midnight to 8AM) as needed. Primary shift will be dayshift.

+ Leadership skills, Solid communication skills, and solid team building skills.

**Required Clearance:**

Secret (#secret) Minimum of a DoD SECRET Clearance is required and ability to obtain and retain higher levels of clearance as needed.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Must be a US Citizen

+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 3 to 5 years experience. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of degree

+ Experience implementing/working classified network solutions

+ DoD 8570/8140 Information Assurance Technician Level 2/3 Certified

+ Cisco CCNA or CCNP or Juniper networking certification

+ Working Knowledge of IP networking, especially IPSEC(DMVPN) tunneling, VRF, VDOM, VLAN, BGP, route reflectors

+ Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) implementations and associated requirements

+ Ability to work non-traditional shifts on nights and weekends as required

+ Possess effective communication skills and ability to interact with customers and business partners regarding operational and maintenance issues daily.

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Previous experience with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)

+ Hardening of network devices, and applying Information Assurance (IA) controls

+ Network Monitoring tools such as: Zenoss, Netscout, Microfocus, NNMi, etc.

+ Experience with ServiceNow and or Remedy trouble ticketing system
