A successful Sr. BA will operate with minimal supervision, prioritizing and executing tasks once given a general project goal. The person in this position must be a detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable driving decisions. Additionally, this person must be able to build strong cross-functional partnerships, to ensure that his/her recommendations are implemented successfully. Responsibilities will include data modeling, big data analysis, continuous process improvement, and communicating recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners. This position drives the analytics to measure \u0026 drive improvement across 1985 US stores and $6.3B in annual payroll.\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cspan\u003EWorkforce Operations manages the payroll \u0026 hours allocation strategy in collaboration with HR \u0026 Finance. Within Workforce Operations, the Labor Forecasting and Analytics team controls the hours forecast driving $100M of payroll spend each week, The Home Depot\u0027s biggest controllable expense, ultimately impacting the schedules of ~300k hourly associates each week. In addition, the Labor Forecasting and Analytics team partners with other teams to provide analytics expertise for various projects and initiatives as they relate to payroll.\u003C/span\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E Lead Project Teams of Analysts and other associates \u003Cbr /\u003E Perform data gathering tasks, synthesis - develop solutions, project/strategy planning and data utilization \u003Cbr /\u003E Produce documents for teams and leadership to review and utilize.
