As a Senior Product Manager, with a specific focus on UMA enabled features such as model-based SMAs and tax management, you orchestrate the product management and development activities for the firms managed account offerings across the organization. You will have an opportunity to build and maintain a strong network of business partners, and partner with them on challenges, opportunities and solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams of colleagues from portfolio management, operations, marketing, and development in order to drive decision making to improve our platform to better meet the needs of our clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager include, but are not limited to:

* Significant role in the design of program enhancements.
* Lead multiple projects that enhance the platform and client experience.
* Acting as an informal leader, mentoring and building capabilities of other associates on the team, as needed.

Education/experience:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* 7-12 years of professional experience in financial services, product management, or strategic planning/consulting experience preferred.
* Master's degree strongly preferred
* Additional financial license/certification preferred (CFA, CFP, CIMA, etc.) preferred
* Series 7 and 66 required within 6 months of hire
Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate:
* Strong client focus and the ability to think in terms of the client experience and perspective.
* Strong ability to collaborate with and influence others to gain consensus and alignment in order to drive change.
* Proven success in an ambiguous and fast-changing environment.
* Ability to advocate and articulate the business case for program changes that will impact the client experience.
* Brings solutions instead of problems by challenging the status quo. Willing to take an unpopular stance.
* Ability to exercise good judgment to identify, prioritize and resolve the most complex problems
* Demonstrated success in driving projects to completion.
* Expert level knowledge of advisory programs, systems, tools, and workflow a plus.
