Your Role and Responsibilities
As Offering Manager you have good knowledge of Db2 or RDBMS Fundamentals. You will exhibit deep understanding Go- To- Market strategy including online funnels from marketing, digital and direct sales parts of our business. This role is focused on business growth, customer relationships, channel development and requires long-term thinking as well as short-term operational execution mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-market planning and execution
Develop and execute got-to-market initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention in partnership with Marketing, Development, Sales and Digital teams, measuring outcomes and course-correcting when necessary
Drive acquisition and conversion initiatives that help meet quarterly and annual financial goals in partnership with product and marketing teams
Collaborate with Finance teams to understand and forecast every component that makes up our quarterly and annual new/renewal revenue success
Voice of the customer
Obsess over all try and buy journeys/online funnels, identify opportunities for improvement and drive cross-functional teams to deliver, keeping a pulse on key KPIs.
Act as a motivation of change for Db2 business, communicating to cross-functional leaders and executives with latest insights, actions and results
Conduct qualitative customer interviews on a regular basis to add color to the data and quantitative analysis
Organize and co-ordinate user group meetings, Gold consultant /Db2 Champion briefings as well as Db2 events
Growth initiatives
Advise on the digital growth optimization to drive user acquisition and retention
Collaborate with product development, offering, marketing and sales to launch new categories and initiatives to retain and grow current install base as well as grow white space
Test and optimize new product and marketing ideas to improve conversion funnel

What youll need to succeed:
Ability to work within a global matrix environment, solve problems and influence cross-functional skills
Demonstrated sense of urgency about business growth
Deep familiarity with digital best practices
Comfortable with using data, identifying trends and building business case for proposed actions
Entrepreneurial mindset with bias towards action and delivering results
Demonstrated communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams and management







Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10+ years of experience in data and analytics companies
8+ years of experience in Product Management or Go- To- Market Management with track record of revenue growth
Demonstrated experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle, and handling sensitive customer escalations
Demonstrated organization and communications skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degrees of technical background





Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute against a plan.
Well-developed leadership, management, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite and influence others.
Minimum of 8 years experience in engineering or product management with expertise in
PPM/AGILE a plus
