Positions in this function are responsible for providing fulfillment operations expertise to ensure each of our members, customers and providers are fully satisfied with their order.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Submit, monitor and process electronic and product requests through e-commerce systems 
  • Verify and convey product pricing to customers and/or providers over phone and email
  • Create and update customer e-commerce profiles ensuring accurate demographic and transaction details
  • Received inbound and make outbound calls to providers and customers to ensure all required documentation is submitted for hearing aids dispensing in accordance with FDA guidelines
  • Provide inbound and outbound call support for customers with questions regarding product features, maintenance, and service
  • Review, interpret and document call history notes on customer profiles
  • Use eMail, PC, Telephone, Fax, and e-commerce ordering and workflow systems on a daily basis
  • Consistently meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards
  • Conduct other tasks or special projects as assigned in order to meet business objectives
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or higher 
  • 1+ year of customer service, order processing, or fulfillment experience
  • Demonstrated ability to proficiently use a PC and online systems, including the ability to efficiently locate and interpret information from multiple systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience and / or knowledge in the health care industry (e.g. benefit eligibility, claims)
  • Experience with online CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, UHC Link, UHConline)
  • Experience transferring details from customer forms into online systems
  • Knowledge of hearing loss
Soft Skills: 
  • Prioritization and self-motivation to meet agreed upon deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain a productive working relationship with a team
  • Ability to read and comprehend information on standard work instructions
  • Punctual adherence to scheduled work start times
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
