**Job Summary:**

The Senior Manager of Program & Innovation is mainly support and drive on critical projects and programs which has significant impact on PBG China. The main focus of work will be projects / programs at the PBG level including people development, innovation and compliance related.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Proposes on strategic plans of PBG Group which covers organization & people development, innovation practices and compliance projects;

+ Leads the cross-department project team to develop PBG organizational structures as well as resources optimization;

+ Find innovative approaches and share best practices to meet diversified internal & external customer needs and future business needs

+ Closely work with Marketing, GCO, KA, Medical, HR and other supporting functions to help align PBG business and people strategies with overall corporate strategies.

+ Engages with first-line sales teams to understand their needs and problems, stipulates development plans accordingly and coordinates resources to support field forces.

+ Understand and timely feedback on any trend and policy changes and predicts their subsequent impacts and proposes solutions to lead of PBG organization development accordingly.


+ Bachelor degree or above

+ At least 10 years' experience of sales, marketing or project management in pharmaceutical industry.

+ Demonstrated strength in managing multiple projects and/or programs (i.e., collection of sub-projects) and business analysis.

+ Extensive experience with aligning stakeholders, facilitating conflict, and communicating information in a way that enables leaders to have transparency on the underlying issues and potential solutions in varying settings including workshops, small group sessions or one-on-one meetings.

+ Able to interact, partner and provide thought leadership for key stakeholders with comfort and ease.

+ Experience with business process creation or re-engineering and change management

+ Excellent oral and written communications capabilities and presentation and facilitation skills

+ Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities

+ Strong interpersonal and influencing capabilities

+ Project Management Institute (PMI) certification preferred

+ Fluent with technology solutions to manage projects including appropriate Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and also SharePoint.
