Position Details:

NowPow is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager (SPM) to join our Implementation & Product Support team. As an SPM, you will have the opportunity to lead the onboarding process for NowPow clients and partnerships as they launch our technology. Our ideal candidate desires to gain an in-depth understanding of our systems and capabilities to provide solutions to our customers and has a passion for helping people get the self care resources they need.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The SPM serves as a critical partner and primary point of contact to customers, with ownership and accountability for ensuring our technology solutions deliver value to the clients and partners and position them for ongoing satisfaction and support following implementation. Fostering collaboration across NowPow project teams, you will continually seek ways to improve the implementation process of NowPow technology and position clients for success.

  • Lead client technology implementation projects; define and deliver project goals, scope, work breakdown, and milestones for functional and technical project components
  • Use specialized depth and breadth of expertise in project management to proactively identify and design process improvements and scalable solutions for the implementation function
  • Facilitate and manage relationships with cross-departmental teams to foster strong project collaboration and commitment in support of promoting a first-class, cohesive customer experience for NowPow clients
  • Act as an experienced resource and provide support for junior members of the team
  • Identify and track areas of risk, develop mitigation plans, and build consensus on key project decisions
  • Participate in strategic department planning; use developed acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience with project implementation or solution development experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing and leading project-based work
  • Expert level of knowledge in both project management methodologies, best practices, and tools
  • Proven ability to quickly analyze and identify client business needs
  • Customer service experience and experience managing customer support initiatives
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytic skills and extremely high attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a start-up environment
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and strong track record of setting and meeting delivery commitments
  • The ability to be candid and forthright and conduct oneself with maturity and integrity in all situations
  • Charismatic attitude and willingness to work on a dynamic mixture of tasks no matter how big or small

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SaaS experience is preferred. Direct healthcare IT experience is strongly preferred
  • Commitment to social impact initiatives and helping underserved communities
  • PMP or PMI certification is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred
