What You'll Do

Senior Leader Who Can Translate Business Strategy into Sales Compensation Design which includes:

       Established track record of leading innovation along with a willingness to push the sales compensation boundaries while maintaining financial integrity and sales experience/ confidence.

       Develop a close business partnership with the Chief Sales Officer and senior executive sales leaders.

       Ability to understand key sales strategies and market transitions and translate into sales compensation designs

       Design of powerful incentive plans through effective research and modeling.  Ensure a superior return on investment.

       Ability to Measure Performance, including predictive modeling & analytics, that foster effective strategic decision making by senior sales leadership.

       Experience working across large sales teams, with mixed monetization models.  Understanding incentives to drive both non-recurring and recurring business models a must.

       Ensure the sales roles to support go-to-market strategy are clearly defined and communicated.

       Coordinate the standard planning processes for the design and approval of compensation plans and quotas. 

       Partner with finance and human resources to finalize plans and prepare for implementation. 

       Partner with the Worldwide Commissions team to validate the compensation plan design and the resulting commissions process execution. 

       Partner with finance to track and manage field sales expense related to incentive compensation. 

Who You Are:

  • BA/BS (MBA a plus)
  • 15+ years of related Sales Operations, Organizational Design, Incentive Management & Planning experience
  • Coverage model and go to market strategy experience a plus
 

      
Superior execution and operational capabilities.  Known for his/her command of the details, hands-on, and willingness to roll up his/her sleeves.

       Excellent communication skills; ability to listen and translate complex ideas into simple design and messaging for an executive audience
