**The Job**

Xandr's TV Platform team seeks an experienced platform integration engineer to build the TV Platform Integration engineering team. Xandr's TV platform optimizes TV ad buys towards audience targets and revolutionizes how TV inventory is bought and sold. We have established a culture of openness and collaboration and practice continuous iteration on our software and processes to improve over time. We deliver our software to customers as a SaaS application, and our technology stack includes Mabl, Cypress, Jest, JUnit, Go, Java, React, AWS, Docker, and Linux. As a senior platform integration engineer, you will lead a small team of like minded engineers in US.

**You Will**

+ Participate in client facing meetings

+ Design & Build integrations to support onboarding of new clients into platform

+ Develop tools and dashboards for monitoring system performance and quick identification of process breakdowns

+ Drive stability and reliability improvements through proactive engineering. Identify patterns for issues and work with engineering to build support tooling

+ Collaborate with engineers or subject matter experts to perform in-depth analysis and resolve customer issues

+ Able to support operations including on call rotation and Tier-3 support

+ Work closely with Level-1/2 support team to provide ramp up activities, knowledge sharing, technical coaching and mentoring

+ Develop & Update run-books as necessary for Level-1/2 support team

+ Help with post-mortems and remediations on outages

**You Have**

+ Bachelors in CS or equivalent degrees

+ 7+ years of full-time experience with Platform engineering experience

+ Familiarity with some of the technologies we use to build our platform

+ Project management or team lead skills a plus

+ Experience in recruiting and mentoring engineers as they grow their careers

+ Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to lead and influence peers

+ Curiosity to constantly learn and keep your finger on the pulse of the industry

+ Experience working with business, client success, and development teams to understand requirements and the holistic impact of defects

+ An ability to see the "big picture", including a keen business understanding that informs your approach to problem solving
