We are currently looking for a strong analytical thinker to drive all critical planning and execution activities for the SP Theatre. This role will report to the SP Strategy and Planning Lead and will require close engagement with cross functional teams within EMEAR Sales and WW functions including SP Sales, EMEAR Architecture teams, Customer experience (CX), Finance, Operations, Human Resources (HR) and Marketing.

In addition, you will project manage execution of select EMEAR-wide initiatives to ensure consistency of operating models across theatres and leveraging of best practices across EMEAR segments, theatres and countries.

Specifically, in this role you will focus on 5 key areas:

  • EMEAR SP Business Planning/Reviews: support the EMEAR S&P Lead in all the SP business planning activities (defining cadence, consolidating content, etc). Ensure integrity of account planning methodology across theatres and interlock with business planning approach
  • EMEAR SP Execution Management: Work closely with SP Sales leaders and with the EMEAR SP S&P Theatre Leader to manage the cross-functional execution for the EMEAR SP theatre transformational and business planning initiatives and growth plans. Partner with BPMs to manage roll-out, execution and compliance against new processes, tools and policies including sales motions; participates in day-to-day operational follow-up from handling immediate tactical problems to owning a set of internal processes
  • Ready the Business Execution (NYR): Partner with the GSO Business Operations Team to execute changes to GTM approach based on EMEAR and EMEAR SP SLT decisions. Work closely with WW SP segment and country leaders to ensure alignment and drive consistent implementation
  • Theatre and Cross EMEAR Initiatives: Project manages growth and operational improvement initiatives across EMEAR Theatres and relevant teams/functions as determined by the EMEAR and GSO SLTs in support of EMEAR priorities.
  • Cross-functional interlock: Orchestrate strong business partnerships with Sales, Architectures, Services, Partner, Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, CX and any other relevant teams

Desired Requirements for This Role:

  • 8+ years related experience
  • 3+ years of consultancy experience
  • BS / BA degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrable project management skills and experience leading complex change
  • Finance experience is a bonus
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, sales-led culture
  • Excellent written, oral communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Experienced in PowerPoint and Excel. Salesforce experience desirable
