TITLE:                  Senior Specialist, Systems Development (PGIM, Inc.)


LOCATION:         Madison, New Jersey


DUTIES:               Within Real Estate and Private Equity, serve as a member of the systems team supporting the Real Estate business group that utilizes various vendor products including Investran, MRI, Salesforce as well as homegrown products including iGovern and AUM. Support and maintain existing applications, develop new applications, and products required by business team, and provide techno-functional support on various tasks. Provide subject matter expertise to real estate business users on various products including Investran and Salesforce. Design technical solutions to fit in the vendor product framework while meeting the business requirements. Analyze data structures and schemes, create data mapping specifications, and write interfaces and scripts for seamless data migration between systems. Respond to business queries, concerns, issues, and ad hoc requests for data extracts. Act as a liaison between the business team, internal teams, and vendor teams. Gather requirements for new functionalities and reports. Create requirement documents. Design and create functional and design specifications, ER diagrams, and user manuals. Build customizations for vendor products by using vendor provided framework including Investran API Toolkit, Business Event Framework, and Salesforce Lightning Framework. Design and develop new reports using various technologies and tools including SSRS, Crystal, and OLEDB reports and other reporting technologies. Conduct periodic code reviews internally to ensure quality of coding. Perform software upgrades and patch implementation. Provide support for the daily, month, and quarterly activities of Salesforce and Investran business users. Research new technologies, methodologies, and functionalities related to Salesforce, Investran, and other products within the Real Estate domain. PGIM, Inc. is EOE. 

 REQTS:                 Must have Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering or a related field plus six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered as a Senior Specialist, Systems Development or as a Programmer Analyst, Associate Consultant, Senior Software Engineer, or a related position. Must have six (6) years of progressively responsible experience within Real Estate and Private Equity with all of the following: Real Estate Property Management, Investment Management, and Accounting products such as Yardi, MRI, Investran, and eFront; Ability to work on Real Estate/Private Equity applications in different roles including Subject Matter Expert, Administrator, Developer, and Business Analyst; Capturing business requirements, creating documents, and designing and developing solutions using available technologies to fit in the vendor product framework; Designing and developing Desktop and Web applications using C#, VB.Net, VB 6.0, and VBA Macros; Database development experience with SQL Server and Oracle; Writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions; Designing schemas and documentation like ER diagrams; Proficiency on Investran modules including Report Wizard, Investran Web, Reporting Services, Business Events, and Active Templates; Providing business user support on different Investran modules; Developing complex Investran reports using Investran OLEDB, SSRS and application developing using Investran SDK, C#, and Investran Business Event Framework; and Developing database reports using various reporting technologies such as crystal and SSRS. Must also have one (1) year of experience with all of the following: Configuring and customizing CRM applications including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics; Configuring and customizing the CRM applications by writing custom code using Microsoft technologies and Salesforce Apex, triggers, validation rules, and Lightning web components; and Creating real-time, on-demand, and scheduled interfaces between various systems by using different technologies.

HOURS:                Full time; Mon- Fri (37.5 hrs/week)
