Senior Specialist, Technical Support - TSI IT Manager

We are currently looking to hire a highly motivated and ambitous Information Technology Manager to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure team based in Lod, Israel.

The IT manager will be responsible for Central IT services and infrastructure, along with IT support and maintenance.

You should assume deep understanding and experience of sustaining Central IT services. You will provide the technological lead, team management and day to day operation of the team and will be critical to the success of the business.

As our IT Manager you will perform work focusing on software, maintenance, and operations of systems used by AT&T or its clients to conduct business. You will perform feasibility assessments, create requirements, manage projects, and integrate and test technical solutions for software. Your responsibilities will include systems analysis and application programming, database (data resource) management and security, computer operations, data science and information technology support.

You will act as a bridge between IT / TSI and the local business unit managing a multi discipline team in the day to day running of the service. You will be charged with creating new solutions, building and managing software as well as moving our teams/clients to the cloud and other technologies.

We are looking for an IT professional with previous experience as an IT manager and/or supervisor, strong hands-on IT experience with solid technical and security knowledge. You will need to be a careful decision maker with experience of working in a innovative and dynamic environment such as a development group or similar and a large corporate organisation.

Assures uninterrupted availability and operation of the installed base of information technology systems (all components: hardware, software, and network). Designs and implements disaster recovery procedures along with managing day-to-day operation, administration and support planning for installed base. Performs system and application tuning, optimizing use of technical resources. Provides technical advice and performs complex technical troubleshooting for a wide-range of hardware, software, telecommunications or network products or applications.
