You will work with the team to successfully translate business objectives and customer needs into innovative and best-in-class, customer-centric solutions. You will own the customer experience for a product or group of smaller products. \u003Cbr /\u003E You are responsible for delivering the vision, experience and creative strategy for your respective projects and products. To do this, you will need to build strong relationships with product management peers, development, and other critical partners to establish and deliver on the business and customer requirements that enhance our digital experiences and products, meets the business goals and strengthens our Home Depot differentiation strategies. You would do this through research, competitive analysis, design sprints, lean UX, formal in-person testing and interviews with customers and associates. \u003Cbr /\u003E An ideal candidate will have a portfolio of artifacts showing their understanding of the UX process. Design is a process of research, learning, testing and iteration and you can show how that leads to a final deliverable. You are highly collaborative; leaning on your team and peers for constructive feedback and not afraid to share your feedback. You bring a design thinking mentality and passion for doing the right thing for the user to solve their problems and ease their friction points. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPreferred Qualifications:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E Previous project experience in a retail environment or advertising agency \u003Cbr /\u003E Demonstrated user experience design skills with expert knowledge of current design programs \u003Cbr /\u003E Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript \u003Cbr /\u003E Understanding of browser display differences on different platforms \u003Cbr /\u003E Demonstrated experience in designing creative and web pages for e-commerce websites\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:\u003C/strong\u003E Ability to concept, present and execute.
