Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Service Integration Leader Integrated Services Team, you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:
  • Experienced managing medium to large size of teams of cross technology.
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating integrated delivery teams for the account and client.
  • The position reports into the service line, but is responsible to the account management team.
  • Lead and direct the integrated delivery team(s) with the business directions from the DPE/PE (in the form of an account plan).
  • Responsible for acting as the primary contact between the DPE and the delivery support organization.
  • Responsible for coordinating the scope of one or more integrated service teams for both the client and the account team.
  • Support the DPE and PE as the service delivery advocate.
  • Proactive monitor the problem and change process and manage issues and alerts as needed to ensure quality of service.
  • Work with the DPE, PE (Project Office), and client (as appropriate) to understand requirements.
  • Manage cost of delivery by looking at better ways to provide service in a cost efficient manner.
  • Monitor and manage Service Level performance and report potential exposures in a timely manner.




Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. You should be able to manage the entire Infrastructure and should be technically strong in one or two technologies.
2. You should have working knowledge how to coordinate among various infra delivery teams.
3. You should have better communication skills oral and written and especially should have customer managing skills.
4. Applicant should have equally working knowledge on IT Security and Compliance.
5. You should be able to response rapidly to calls and mails with dynamic attitude.

6. You should have an exposure in the following technologies:
  • Unix
  • Windows
  • Storage
  • Backup and Restore
  • Networking
  • VMware
  • Middleware



Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
