The Solution Representative is responsible for developing integrated solutions that address their client's business needs (both industry and business) and deliver client value while supporting IBM business strategies.The employee Influences the functional strategy.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
1) At least two years of experience in sales:
- Outsourcing
- Managed services
- Datacenter
- Cloud
- IaaS / PaaS
2) Intermediate knowledge in ITIL and basic knowledge in server technologies
Storage, operating systems, database, ERPs, high availability methods and DRP
3) Financial knowledge for the assembly of TCOs, competition analysis and business case in general.


Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
Technical, with the ability to rapidly learn and understand new technologies.
