Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage IPC(incident/problem/change) per ITIL process for the customer infra service
  • Coordinate with all the teams in JP/CN/AP to handle incident until closure
  • Follow RCA and report to customer
  • Track the major change activities like annual maintenance.
  • As the incident manager connect with the SAM in AP and other regions.
  • Lead the incident management improvement initiative
  • Focus on the incident handling for critical applications
Job Requirements (skills/experience/language skills) [Mandatory to complete]
Skills:
  1. 8+ years working experience in IT infrastructure management area.
  2. Familiar with the enterprise IT service process
  3. Familiar with the common platform, such as Linux/Unix/Windows
  4. Excellent communication skills with English and Japanese
  5. Customer care and focus
  6. Able to work on flexible hours
  7. Team work and problem solving capability
