The purpose of your role as a Service Manager

As a Service Manager, you will oversee a team of service technicians and dispatchers who provide emergency service, preventative maintenance programs, retrofits, and upgrades for commercial and industrial customers. Responsible for redeeming operating unit gross profit objectives through leadership and management of staff while meeting contractual commitments to customers in a timely, high quality manner.

Responsibilities include:
  • Cost control/maximizing profit
  • Document review and control
  • Ensuring strong customer focus
  • Employee relations and team development
  • Business planning/forecasting

What we're looking for in you
  • 4+ years of knowledge of HVAC and mechanical and plumbing systems and components
  • 4+ years of experience with customer relationship development/maintenance
  • 2+ years of demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Associates degree required in Construction, HVAC, or related OR journeyman level achieved
