Responsibilities

As a Manager, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
  • Be involved in the financial management of clients
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
  • Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen
  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
  • Train, coach, and supervise staff
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrates hands on architectural and configuration experience with a proven record of success managing GRC
solution design and configuration projects for one or more GRC Technology platforms. These projects should be

targeted to enable multiple business processes and/or source data systems to drive efficiencies and reduce
redundancies supporting one or more of the following functions; internal audit, compliance, enterprise risk
management, operational risk management, technology risk management, third party risk management, cyber
security, business resiliency, incident management, SOX (and/or other compliance frameworks), or other business
programs/initiatives. In specific, the following skills are aligned with this position:
? Describing the benefits of GRC technology to a client and identifying areas in which that client would benefit
from GRC technology;
? Designing, reengineering, optimizing, and documenting financial, operational, technology, and business
processes and workflow related to any of the listed GRC functions above through stakeholder interviews,
facilitated workshops, and analysis of client process documentation;
? Creating, drafting, and refining core business foundational elements such as process, risk, and control
frameworks related to any/all of the listed GRC functions above through stakeholder interviews, knowledge
of industry leading practices and frameworks, facilitated workshops, and analysis of client process
documentation;
? Intermediate to advanced Visio skills are mandatory to document a technical workflow from the business
process workflow identified in the skill above;
? Identifying functional business requirements for successful solution adoption and documenting in a
Business Requirements Document or other appropriate document in line with client specific SDLC
standards;
? Identifying data requirements for successful solution configuration and documenting in a detailed design
document or data dictionary;
? Developing entity relationship diagrams to support the identified data to be housed in the GRC solution
inclusive of:
? Primary Key / Foreign Key relationships;
? Parent / Child relationships;
? Enforcement of relationships; and
? Cascading of relationships across table structures
? Normalization of data and refinement of data model to optimize import into a GRC solution;
? Knowledge of SQL queries and commands;
? Utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies to design, document, and configure software solutions;
? Understanding of systems development lifecycle;
? Hands on knowledge of system architecture concepts and components such as DMZ, application server, web
server, database server, load balancing, redundancy, communication protocols, TCP/IP, etc.;
? Deep understanding of access control, specifically role based access and inheritance of role and record based
permissions:
? Knowledge of concepts such as LDAP, two-factor authentication, and user authorization;
? Experience identifying sources of data outside of GRC solutions, and designing integration approaches to
share data between client and third party systems including APIs, data feeds, ODBS connections, XML or
CSV file upload, and others;
? Advanced MS Excel skills for data manipulation, data import, and general project administration;
? Data extraction, transformation, and loading experience using Alteryx, Tableau, Splunk, or other data
manipulation solutions;
? Knowledge of on premise and cloud based application architecture, the differences between them,
advantages for each, disadvantages for each, and how each one impacts sustainability, performance, and
capacity for the GRC solutions;
? A minimum of 4 years of configuration experience with a GRC technology such as (but not limited to) RSA
Archer, MetricStream, or ServiceNow;
? Experience configuring GRC solutions following either a waterfall or agile development methodology;
? Knowledge or experience in running agile sprints and how to facilitate agile review sessions with business
stakeholders to further improve and enhance GRC solution configuration;
? Knowledge or experience with UML or actor/system driven test script creation;
? Experience designing, planning, and running quality assurance system validation testing;
? Experience designing, planning, and facilitating user acceptance testing, managing bug fixes, and
documenting solution enhancement requests;
? Knowledge of proper technical documentation techniques to capture GRC solution design and configuration
to meet client SDLC requirements and satisfy client training requirements; and

? Experience planning and preparing solutions for production migration in line with client change
management procedures and IT ticketing standards
? JavaScript, HTML, or other coding language experience a plus;
? Jira product development software experience a plus;

the following areas:
? Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection;
? Creating a positive work environment, monitoring workloads of team members while meeting client
expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members, leveraging diverse views and
encouraging improvement and innovation, providing candid and meaningful feedback in a timely manner
and keeping leadership informed of progress; and,
? Developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships, understanding a client's business and technology
in order to identify, pursue, and ultimately obtain additional consulting opportunities
