System Administrators are the gatekeepers to the many systems that run our company and our clients. Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for ServiceNow ITSM Administrator to manage operations of ServiceNow Self Hosted Instances (also known as On-Premise systems).

  • Performing daily operational and support tasks on the ServiceNow platform
  • Ensuring ServiceNow application is up and running
  • Development recognize defect/change and redirect to 3rd line
  • Advanced administration do an advanced task e.g.: create a backup of MySQL database, Linux administration of ServiceNow servers, provision virtual machine with ServiceNow instance
  • Uplift of update sets to Production/PreProduction
  • Privileges add or remove privileges to the user or group
  • Supporting integrations between ServiceNow and other applications
  • Integration change privileges to integration services, recognize integration issues and redirect to right queue
  • IP Whitelist - add IP address to the whitelist to BIGIP
  • Coordination with other teams supporting service
  • Capturing all work efforts in appropriate documentation
  • Sending some documentation to end user
  • Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of UNIX/LINUX operating systems
  • Bash scripting expertise
  • Relational Database / SQL knowledge
  • Knowledge of Javascript, XML, SOAP, REST
  • 1+ year working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Maximo etc.)
  • Good troubleshooting, Log review and debug Skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Good understand of ITIL processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative, accountability and critical thinking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Possess and demonstrate a "team first" mindset
