Services Sales Business Development Manager EMEAR Services Sales Strategy Planning & Operations

Preferred work location would be Warsaw or Krakow

The Business Development Manager will own initiatives and deliverables related to the EMEAR Services Sales Strategy. The role requires to drive a consultative approach in assessing business requirements with key stakeholders in EMEAR. Project management skills and a solid understanding of change management, finance and business management are essential to orchestrate and participate in multiple initiatives in parallel. Having a background in sales, finance or sales operations with a data driven mindset is beneficial.

Requirements and Skills:

   

        You understand Ciscos go-to-market model and key sales processes (sales methods, forecasting)

        You are able to do financial modeling and high-level business case creation

        You understand and define RACIs, Business Processes and Policies

        You understand data analysis and you are able to translate data into an executive presentation (utilizing tools like Tableau, etc.)

        You are driving projects with PMP/PMI or Prince Knowledge and you are able to communicate milestones and developments effectively to a larger group of stakeholders

What You'll Do

You will be closely involved in the definition of the EMEAR Services Strategy and GTM, the rollout of initiatives within the theater and countries as well as in the tracking and monitoring of our success metrics. This role spans the whole EMEAR territory across all customer segments (i.e. Service Provider/Enterprise/Public/Commercial). Your will be preparing Executive presentations for QBRs and create dashboard to assess health of our business. The Business Development Manager will participate in large and small cross-functional growth initiatives. Key part of the role is to rally our cross-functional stakeholders and business partners around our strategy. While main focus is on EMEAR, we will also require to closely align with other Regions and Global functions.

Who you will work with 

You will be working closely with the EMEAR Services Sales leadership, Services Sales Strategy and Planning and cross-functional stakeholders from CX, Sales Operations, Finance, Communications and Global Go-To-Market, Strategy and Operations.

This role reports to the EMEAR Services Sales Strategy and Planning leader.

Who You Are 

You have 5-10 years experience in a similar environment, ideally with a good knowledge of Ciscos hardware, software and CX services offerings.

You are a passionate and motivated individual to lead EMEAR Services Sales Strategy & Execution. A team player, with proven ability to manage by influence with strong written and verbal communication expertise. You should also have project management experience, such as coordination and completion of projects on-time, within budget, and within scope.

You are a positive and professional individual not afraid of navigating in a highly matrixed organization.
