Our showroom, unlike any other with endless inspiration everywhere you look, thanks to our 30\u002B interactive kitchen, bath, and laundry rooms. Customers will explore hundreds of products from the most innovative brands in appliances, cabinetry, fixtures and more.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe Design Center Showroom Consultant will greet both walk-in and appointment customers warmly. They will seek to understand the customer\u0027s project goals such as design style, timelines and budget as well as help the customer understand the design and install process to properly set customer expectations. Associates in this position provide fast, friendly service to clients and are responsible for assessing their needs and providing assistance and take notes and document key information about the customer s project. They know how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer for a site analysis (measure) and know how to follow up as necessary. They maintain the condition and appearance of assigned areas, and ensure that areas are clean, shoppable, and safe. They will also maintain a professional relationship with internal and external partners.
