**The Job**


As a Salesforce Developer, working within the US-based CRM team, you will join an engineering team responsible for the architecture, development, and administration of the Xandr Marketplace Salesforce org and its associated integrations. Salesforce is critical to the success of our Sales, Service, and Marketing teams and you'll play a key role in delivering high-priority enhancement requests to business stakeholders through a combination of Apex code, standard feature configuration, and front-end Lightning web component solutions. As a staff-level Salesforce Engineer, you will primarily focus on hands-on development work as an individual contributor that has the opportunity to expand skillsets and grow into a senior role.


**You Will**


+ Deliver high-quality development work using Apex code, Lightning web components (Lwc), data model configuration (custom objects, fields, record types, etc) and REST API web services.

+ Demonstrate initiative to independently solve problems, research solutions, and evaluate the benefits and disadvantages of possible implementation options.

+ Demonstrate Salesforce-feature expertise across several areas of application development.

+ Write effective Apex Test Classes that validate the accuracy and performance levels of Apex-based code solutions. Expectations include as complete code coverage as possible, and multiple assertions per unit test to verify expected results.

+ Test one's own development work (whether programmatic or declarative) to identify bugs before submitting for QA review.

+ Communicate effectively and clearly, both in writing and verbally, when collaborating with client business stakeholders or engineering teammates.

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to clearly understand business processes and terminology in order to propose solutions that most effectively solve their requirements.

+ Work effectively in a **Git-based source control system** using a team code repository.

+ Responsible for delivering all work through **Salesforce DX (SFDX)** command-line operations and best practices as part of the team's development model.

+ Troubleshoot production bugs based on user-reported issues and/or system errors.

+ Work effectively and be an active participant in all phases of the Agile project lifecycle.

+ Identify opportunities to resolve technical debt, improve system efficiency, and support scalable application development.


**You Have**


+ Bachelor's degree, or comparable experience

+ **Required** Certifications

+ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

+ Salesforce Certified Administrator

+ Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

+ **"Nice to Have"** Certifications

+ Salesforce Certified Platform Develop II

+ Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I

+ MuleSoft Developer or Architect certifications (any)

+ 1-2 years of advanced-level Lightning and Apex development on the Force.com platform.

+ 3+ years combined experience in Software Engineering, Salesforce Development / Architecture, or related technical field.

+ Experience using Git version control system and source-code repositories (ie- Bitbucket, GitHub).

+ Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and decision making when evaluating Standard vs Custom solutions.

+ Hands-on experience developing Lightning web components (Lwc) and associated web development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

+ Implementation experience with either Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.

+ Experience with Agile methodology and ability to handle multiple work items simultaneously.

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills when collaborating with client stakeholders and engineering teammates.

+ Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and communicate project statuses.

+ Onsite-Offshore model working experience.
