Who You'll Work With

The OCA Architecture Team enables the success of Core Software Group (CSG) by driving software & network architecture, influencing and harboring innovative projects, strengthen and evolve existing Enterprise Network product families.

What You'll Do

In this highly visible role, you will be working alongside some of the senior most engineers in the industry leading in the design, architecture and implementation of broad technical solutions, creating and influencing architectural strategy, lead projects that involve creating technical assets across various division in Cisco and external Partners.

Required Experience

Hands-on experience with a broad mix of technologies including

3+ years software development experience in any of the following languages: Python or Golang.

1 2 years focused on cloud environments and their supporting infrastructures

Experience of cloud infrastructure like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and all supporting technologies such as EC2, S3,

Additional Technical Skills Preferred:

Kubernetes, Docker, Helm

Elastic Search, Grafana

Exposure to configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef or similar)

CI/CD, Jenkins, Git

Good understanding of REST APIs and design, JSON

Flask/Django

Experience with Postgres, MongoDB

Redis, Asynchonous Task Management

Unit-testing, E2E testing, Selenium

Passionate about developer production and efficiency

Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
