SQL Reporting Analyst - Quality Assurance

**Job Description:**

Responsible for oversight and support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence across multiple functional areas within Consumer AML Operations. Acts as a metrics/reporting lead responsible for data and reporting that facilitates effective Risk measurement through Quality Assurance results, trends and themes. Facilitates reporting and management routines that addresses both internal and regulatory requirements. May utilize established databases to provide statistical results pinpointing areas of focus for operational and/or regulatory improvement. Analyzes QA trends, risk identifiers and employee performance to assist the business with driving improved performance standards.

_Enterprise Role Overview:_

Responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling for multiple products with the goal of maximizing profits and asset growth and minimizing risk and operating losses and/or other financial and marketing exposures. Develops complex program models to extract data and uses multiple databases to acquire statistical and financial data. Utilizes portfolio trends to propose policy/procedural changes within segmentation structure to produce optimal results. Excels at risk/reward trade off. Build relationships with external agencies. Participates in the rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and the utilization of core leadership behaviors. SAS and/or Micro Strategy experience preferred; 2-5 years' experience preferred.

Required Skills:

+ Intermediate to Advanced SQL development

+ Demonstrated experience creating reporting via NICE Datamart using SQL

+ Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access and Visual Basic

+ Experience in Root Cause Analysis and Predictive reporting identifying trends and themes

+ Prior experience in successfully developing metrics/reporting

+ Experience closely interacting with metrics/analytics teams

+ SharePoint Designer and SharePoint workflows

+ Strong analytical skill set

+ Execution-oriented and results-focused self-starter able to work independently

+ Extremely detail oriented to ensure quality and accurate work performance

+ Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with business leaders

+ Excellent writing and editing skills with process validation scripts and risk governance materials

+ Keen judgment balancing business strategy with rigorous risk management controls

+ Ability to create and present executive level reporting to senior leadership

+ PowerPoint presentations

Desired Skills & Experience:

+ NICE Administration

+ Experience with Quality Assurance Program development

+ College Degree - B.A or B.S. preferred
