About the Team

Our Broadband and DAP Sales Strategy team is looking for an Sr. Account Managers to manage DAP sales performance and relationships. This position is part of a team whose overall responsibilities include DAP sales channel management and overall management of Broadband initiatives to drive digital sales performance and Fiber penetration. The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about sales, marketing and messaging, and has analytical and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment

About the Job

This manager is responsible for the overall performance of assigned DAP providers to deliver against sales target by managing relationships, identifying sales improvement initiatives, supporting product/offer launches and collaborating with partner organizations for success.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Dealer relationship management

- Tracking/monitoring discretionary budget spending

- QBRs/Business Reviews

- Quality Observations

- Using data to identify and implement initiatives to drive improvements in sales performance

- Overseeing the overall rollout of new offers, new messaging and new products

- Driving channel focus on areas of key strategic importance

- Ensuring the channel's understanding of product features/benefits to enhance sales performance


3+ years sales or sales management in an indirect, call center, or retail sales channel. 5+ years experience in marketing, management, operations or similar role. Proven experience successfully achieving sales targets and motivating sales teams, as well as demonstrated ability to identify sales improvement opportunities, develop game plans to address, and implementation plans to deliver. Proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and persuasively.

Education: Bachelor Degree or related experience preferred Experience: At least 5 years related experience preferred. Experience in the management of sales channels (direct or indirect) preferred.
