Position Description:
The Sr. Analyst – Pro Online Customer Experience is part of the Home Depot team that drives the Pro Online Customer Experience. The Sr. Analyst is the key business partner to our store operations and other cross functional teams. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to understanding customer needs/requirements and providing analysis, insights and recommendations to solve complex business problems. The Sr. Analyst will take the lead in partnering cross functional to integrate other key Pro functions into the Online Experience and create a seamless shopping and account management experience in store and online. A successful Sr. Analyst will possess and demonstrate strong leadership skills, analytical ability, and communication.

This team will also drive cross functional strategic initiatives for the Pro with a focus on payments and finance. The role is responsible for building cross functional relationships and driving the right business strategy and outcome for our Pro online experience.

They will champion a best-in-class customer experience across all transactional channels and platforms. This role will partner with the multiple departments to ensure seamless alignment on all initiatives. Strong leadership skills, project management, communication and analytical ability is critical to the role.


20%-Lead Project Teams of Analysts and other associates.
20%-Perform data gathering tasks, synthesis - develop solutions, project/strategy planning and data utilization.
20%-Produce documents for teams and leadership to review and utilize.
20%-Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and sponsors.
20%-Build skills and knowledge including self-development, team knowledge and customer (internal) knowledge.


This position reports to Sr Manager or Manager Customer Execution
This position has no direct reports


Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires travel 20% of the time.

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience:
3 years

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. (3-5 years of work experience is preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Experience leading high performing teams Consulting management and/or project management.
  • Strong quantitative skills such as statistics and data analysis.
  • Problem solving Strong Operations, Retail and/or field knowledge.
