Sr Associate, Integrated Solutions - Presales/ Sales Support

Integrated Solutions resource that analyzes and defines client business problems, and adopts and implements AT&T and third party services including new technologies to solve those problems. Primarily engaged in presales techno commercial activities, the resource will provide administrative, commercial and technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process, by identifying customers technical and business requirements, identifying issues or challenges with respect to the current network infrastructure, consulting with internal teams about capabilities and optimization, and supporting business sales teams, account managers and partners on proposal activities. Provides a technical business solution (encompassing areas such as operations, human resources, and technology) that may contain a mix of hardware, software, network, and service components to be integrated with other legacy systems. Participates as a member of the sales engagement team in pursuit of business opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

+ To attend meetings with Clients in order to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution

+ Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes

+ Good understanding on Cisco architecture and should be able to create bills of material and optimize oversized bills of material in Cisco configurator tool.

+ Good understanding of various cloud technologies, emerging technologies and solutions such as SD-WAN and SASE.

+ Create customer facing proposals in terms of quotations and solution documents in a timely manner.

+ Work with Integrated Solutions identified partners and distributors to come up with techno commercial proposal for customer.

+ Working on internal AT&T tools for creating business case and financial models when required.

+ Work with various internal teams to feedback on issues with current products and services and provide input around new service.

+ Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities

+ Working with sales executives to ensure all customer requirements are being fulfilled while creating quotes and proposal.

+ Provide accurate and timely management information, to include - activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs

+ To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients.

+ Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery

+ Adhere to the Companys Quality and Business Processes

Candidate Profile/ Qualification

+ Graduate degree in Engineering with experience in Technical Sales support / Solution design. Relevant industry based network certifications are desirable.

+ Good working knowledge of Cisco LAN, WAN, Wireless, Video etc. technologies.

+ Good understanding of various cloud technologies, emerging technologies and solutions such as SD-WAN and SASE.

+ Good understanding on technologies and solutions around UC, Contact center etc.

+ Strong interest in Internet technologies (routing, switching and general network infrastructure).

+ Good to have knowledge on other networking and security OEMs such as Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto etc.

+ Should have hands on experience in running Cisco configurator tool for creating bills of material as per customer requirement.

+ Should be well versed in Excel, MS word, PPT to create customer facing proposal.

+ Should be able to understand customer requirement and work with Integrated Solutions partners for creating a compelling solution.

+ Cisco Certification: CCNA

+ Any other certification will be an added advantage.

+ Previous experience of requirements gathering, design and solution building and the ability to replicate this in a commercial setting.

+ Able to present and discuss a range of previous customer solution designs

+ Able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches

+ Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly

+ 2 to 4 years of previous experience in working on a similar role.
