Responsibilities Locations: Greater NY Area, Dallas Fort Worth Area, Chicago, IL The Sr. Analyst, Innovation will be a key role responsible for defining, strategizing and executing best of breed capabilities at the intersect of media, data and measurement that align with PepsiCos Commercial organization data and digitization use cases. The Sr. Analyst will be the primary interface for day-to-day interaction with internal customers and stakeholders in the Commercial organization, external partners as well as other internal teams in Data and Analytics and Digital Products and Solutions. As an integral part of our Commercial Innovation team, this role be focused on developing and executing high profile and high impact data and measurement initiatives. This role is critical to shaping the success and impact of Innovation team on the PepsiCo business and will contribute to developing the strategy, operational as well as go to market planning around Measurement and Data capabilities identified by the Commercial Innovation Team Key Accountabilities Innovation Strategy Utilize an intimate understanding of the media and data landscape to provide thought leadership and identify Innovation unlock opportunities Contribute to construction of business model frameworks for all innovation initiatives Serve as a data subject matter expert of our current/planned Data and Measurement priorities Support building compelling business cases, think strategically and act on ideas, and effectively present these ideas to the leadership team Collaborate with tech and product teams to inform product strategy, design and roadmap to ensure optimal fit with customer needs Maintain POVs and relationships with best-in-class partners across markets Innovation Enablement Establish data and measurement baselines and identify gaps Engage with partners that align with use case needs Lead and manage partner integrations, pilots and POCs, coordinating milestones, timelines and key deliverables across PepsiCo, data partner and media partners Partner with peer teams to ensure proper positioning of our data offerings in the workplace (e.g., cross-functional collaboration) Help manage identification, communication, and evaluation of potential measurement and data partners with key business and technical stakeholders COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of strategy and operations experience in data and media Minimum 3 years experience in CPG goods industry experience, or related Bachelors Degree, Masters a plus Commercial, Legal and Regulatory knowledge and expertise with respect to Data Partnerships and usage.
