Customer Experience Designer

***This is a 100% remote role that can be worked anywhere in the United States

In this role you will lead the cross-functional initiatives to design, prototype, test, and iterate solutions that emerge from customer journey mapping projects. You will lead ideation sessions, design thinking workshops, and develop prototypes so that our internal stakeholders can successfully implement new and improved customer experiences.


+ Leverage CX research, customer journey maps, personas, internal processes and tools, and the employee experience to understand the current state customer experience and the North Star vision of where we want to be

+ Lead cross-functional design thinking workshops to develop solutions to address customer pain points

+ Work with stakeholders to define solutions to customers pain

+ Work cross-functionally to define solutions to internal processes that lead to poor customer experience

+ Engage with stakeholders to develop and test prototypes

+ Engage with CX researcher to identify and refine areas of improvement based on customer feedback

+ Develop metrics to measure success of solutions

**About you:**

+ Comfortable managing ambiguity, working autonomously and in groups, and multi-tasking in an agile environment

+ Independently manages small projects or a smaller aspect within a larger project

+ Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively verbally and in PowerPoint presentations

+ Enjoys working collaboratively within a team to support varying priorities.

**Preferred qualifications**

+ Luma certification or similar workshop training

+ Portfolio highlighting launched solutions

+ Excellent storytelling

+ Executive level PowerPoint presentations

+ Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn mural and figma
