Description **Job Description:**

Accountable for the successful resolution of all internal customer requests by providing seamless delivery of service through answering written inquiries, emails and requests placed by customers or vendors. Responsible for the day to day resolution of customer problems and the execution of moderately complex or escalated issues. Performs routine account-related maintenance and may provide first call resolution on single issue inquiries, requests and problems related to a customer concerns. Required to solve problems and investigate/resolve a wide variety of issues and requests that include gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with other support teams to fulfill the request. Routes, maintains and tracks outstanding servicing requests and provides thorough follow up. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Monitor Global mailboxes and respond to all e-mails inquiries within standard SLA’s (24 hours) Enter, track, and report on questions/issues received by email/phone into JIRA tracking application Interact with vendors – escalate defects to vendor contacts and vendor managers, answer vendor questions regarding orders/data files Escalate bugs/technical defects (Sev 1/Sev 2 issues, break-fixes) to Level 2 support team Generate reports and populate dashboards for project team review (requests, user activity, processing exceptions, etc) Assist users in application navigation, access issues, etc Process access upgrade requests received via ARM tool Maintain training documentation and FAQ Escalate and/or report issues as they are identified to product owner Application testing, supporting Agile process in the development and execution of test scripts and test data preparation **Required Job Skills:** Proficiency in computer skills: Word, Excel, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data maintenance Ability to respond and assist internal customer and vendors with inquiries and/or problem resolution Ability to work effectively as a team member Strong communication skills (including verbal and non-verbal) and active listening skills Attention to detail and time management

**Desired Job Skills:** Minimum 1-2 years of contact center or equivalent customer service experience
