*Senior Digital Product Owner, Advanced Analytic Platforms*
The Senior Digital Product Owner of Advanced Analytic Platforms is responsible for delivering the capabilities required to achieve the firm's vision of scaling and embedding advanced analytics throughout the firm to improve business outcomes. The Product Owner will lead the engagement with our internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide a strategy for how to enable them to deliver value through analytic tools and platforms. They will assist business analysts in translating business needs into technical requirements which will drive the work performed by a cross functional delivery team. There is an expectation to partner with leaders across the Data & Analytics organization to align on and work towards shared objectives while also independently making ongoing day to day decisions related to team priorities, resources and approach.
*Key Responsibilities:*
The Product Owner serves as the individual accountable for providing the advanced analytics tools and platforms and ensuring their ability to meet the Firm's needs. They are responsible for providing thought leadership and guiding a cross-functional team to deliver value to internal customers across the Firm.
This individual aligns strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of their roadmap, outlining the body of work expected now, next, and into the future.
The role is accountable for the respective user's experience that necessitates a systems thinking approach
Responsible for leading analysts through the elicitation, documentation, and prioritization of both business and technical requirements to facilitate the desired user experience.
The role is responsible for partnering with other product teams and co-creating processes that allow our users to build and deploy analytical models that can be integrated into other digital products.
Responsible within their team for recruiting, hiring and developing the diverse talent necessary to fulfill Firm Analytics mission, vision and guiding principles
Create repeatable and scalable frameworks that can be leveraged to execute the work. Ensure the core processes are followed and hold team accountable to the deliverables required of each phase to promote consistent, transparent, and quality results.
Develop and manage business relationships with senior leaders and executive-level management across the organization
Serve as primary point of contact and relationship owner with tool vendors and other strategic partners

*Position Qualifications:*
Minimum of 7+ years of experience with progressive responsibility in a data science, analytical, or economics role.
Ability to lead team of analysts, prioritize multiple projects from all areas of the firm.
Strong ability to provide coaching to others on technical and analytical topics
Strong communication skills with associates and leadership in cross-functional settings using verbal, written and presentation skills
Extensive experience using analytic tools (R, Python, Databricks, IBM, Dataiku, DataRobot, etc.) required. Experience using cloud technology a plus.
Experience deploying analytic models at scale using MLops frameworks.
Experience using Agile tools (Jira, Aha!, etc.) and processes a plus.
Project management skills required.
Strong analytical, critical, and systems thinking required
Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced Degree or Certification in Data Science, Economics, Analytics, Statistics preferred
