Cox Automotive Dealer Software Solutions (DSS) is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support the CAI Contact Center of Excellence. Candidates must have experience with P&L statements, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, complex financial modeling, and business case preparation. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment. Candidates must have the ability to operate and work across functional groups in a matrixed organization. To support various business partners effectively, candidates must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization including senior executives. Effective communication of results and analysis, building strong business partner relationships and building executive-level presentations are essential in this role. This position reports to the Director-FP&A.


* Preparation and interpretation of financial results, variance analysis, and key business drivers to identify trends and make recommendations based on risks and opportunities, operational efficiencies, and overall financial and strategic alignment with company goals and objectives.
* Partner with the AVP Operations-CAI Contact Center to evaluate and execute on key opportunities to increase contact efficiency across all facets of the retail business, including but not limited to Customer Support, Sales and Marketing/Lead Generation.
* Partner with CAI Retail Finance leads to develop and evaluate business cases in support of Contact Center initiatives.
* Lead the Contact Center of Excellence annual budgeting, Long Range Planning (LRP), and strategic planning process.
* Partner with DSS finance leads, Cox Automotive corporate, Hyperion team, and matrix partners to ensure accurate, timely reporting, and continuous process improvement.
* Manage long range plan target modeling with a perspective on benchmarking and industry and consumer trend impacts on business drivers.
Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent work experience in a financial environment required. MBA a plus
* 5+ years of business experience with strong focus in Financial Planning and Analysis
* Experience providing financial support in a Call Center environment is strongly preferred.
* Strong analytical ability with track record of delivered results
* Solid analytical and research capabilities required
* Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to prepare executive level presentations and insights
* Self-starter with flexibility and willingness to balance changing priorities, experience working under tight deadlines, organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating workload
* Work effectively on multiple assignments, activities, or projects
* Advanced MS Excel skills required, including formulas, financial functions, pivot tables, design, and formatting for executive presentations
* Experience with Microsoft Access, Oracle, Hyperion Planning, Reports, Tableau and Essbase is a strong plus
* Minimal travel may be required
