The Sr. JDE Developer position is responsible for supporting existing and future software development of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne platform.  This position will work closely with the analysts and end-users to develop highly configurable and sustainable technical solutions.  The developer role will also assist with the design, testing, and production support for JDE E1 and related interfaces and custom applications.

  • Develop, test, implement, and support new and existing customization's to JD Edwards E1 applications, business functions, and related objects

  • Collaborate with business analysts and other business users to analyze business requirements and develop functional/technical specifications

  • Lead the development effort in ongoing and upcoming JDE implementations at other company locations

  • Design, deploy, and maintain interfaces and integrations with various 3rd party applications and external systems

  • Provide day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting and debugging of application and interface issues to keep our business systems operating efficiently

  • Produce ad-hoc queries and develop reporting solutions to support business needs

  • Provide functional support in manufacturing and supply chain applications as needed

  • Expert knowledge of development toolset including OMW, object librarian, data dictionary, table/form/application design, RDA, BI Publisher, NERs and Business Functions

  • Knowledge of integrations using API, Business Services (BSSV), Real Time Events (RTE)

  • Functional knowledge of the following modules:  sales orders, inventory, purchasing, work orders

  • Knowledge of RFgen or similar mobile data collection/automation tools

  • Experience with the following would be desirable:  UX One, E1 Pages, OneView Reporting, Watchlist, Orchestrator, Job Scheduler

  • Familiarity with CNC functions would be a plus

  • Knowledge of BI (business intelligence) tools would be a plus

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities


  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent work experience

  • 8+ years of experience in developing and deploying JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications
