**The Job**

The significant growth of Warner Media and its market leading audience / addressable TV and digital video advertising business drives continued growth opportunities for the right individuals. As part of the Business Development team the successful candidate will develop, issue and manage Requests For Information/Requests or Proposals for a variety of products, services and information with prospective partners and vendors; compare potential partners and vendors, lead the negotiation of partner and vendor term sheets and agreements, manage contract documentation and execution; and, manage the life-cycle of partner and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have both in depth knowledge of demand side platforms (DSPs), supply side platforms (SSPs), the linear addressable and digital video ad tech targeting, attribution, and measurement providers and be an expert in negotiating and contracting with these partnerships vendors for a growing variety of advertising delivery mediums and technology including digital, addressable TV, and data driven linear media sales.

This position has full accountability for leading and completing such agreements in support of Warner Media from identification of potential partners/vendors, to initial screening/vetting and then contract negotiation, documentation and onboarding, stakeholder management and, on-going vendor relationship management, contractual compliance and service level enforcement.

This role accelerates the growth and differentiation of Warner Media by enabling Marketing, Technology, Programming and Ad-Tech vendors (ex. Interconnect cable company relationships) needed to execute on our growth strategy.

(iii) Enabling Warner Media longer-term growth by identifying partners/vendors with unique value-added capabilities that can further differentiate Warner Media and drive accelerated growth.

**You Will**

+ Support and drive cross-functional collaboration and regarding legal and business inspection and approvals of various data and ad technology vendors/partners.

+ Develop, manage and drives to conclusion the comprehensive negotiation of contract terms.

+ Manage the contractual vendor relationship with WM and collaborate with the cross functional client team on day-to-day vendor performance.

**You Have**

+ Independent leadership in client and vendor relationship development and management.

+ Excellent interpersonal capabilities and ability to collaborate at executive level and across multiple functional groups driving to consensus across the team.

+ Experience managing major projects and initiatives

+ Knowledge of procurement systems, processes, and procedures

+ Strong extensive background in product and technology industry standards, data sharing / privacy restrictions, and best practices.

+ Very strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ This is a highly complex area requiring a minimum of 3-5 years of direct contract negotiation, vendor management and ad technology/advertising experience in both addressable TV and digital video.
