Auto req ID: 270943BR Job Description Additional Locations : Plano NY, Purchase NY, or White Plains NY Main Purpose: This role supports the governance, implementation, and deployment of the Data Quality Solution for the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT). The objective of this role is to ensure that conversion to SAP is successful and adheres to global standards across concurrent market deployment execution, and to ensure the adoption and adherence to PepsiCo Agile Methodology principles for PGT sector/market deployment projects, while also providing oversight to ensure consistency across PGT project planning. This role will Manage the overall Data Quality Strategy, ways of working across Global, Sector, and Local teams, and all tools and applications to be used to deliver data quality through the sector/market. The role will define Global Data Accelerators, Process, Template, Strategy, and Standard Approach for data quality delivery that will be leveraged by sectors for Market Deployments, and will deliver the technical framework, leveraging multiple components of the common data Framework (CDF) to deliver a standardized, repeatable process that supports the legacy-to-SAP data conversion/migration and data quality process. This role collaborates with multiple teams, including functional, IT, service providers, value stream, and integrators to provide subject matter expertise in the delivery of conversion and data quality strategy. In addition, this role will establish consistent procedure and structure for the onboarding of sector teams, defining Standards to be adhered to by conversion and data quality teams. This role will influence sector and market level data quality team staffing, and will provide all sector data conversion and data quality estimates. Additionally, this role will assist in defining architecture, efficiencies, and enhancements for the Global Data Quality application suite, and will provide input on guidance into data quality sector project planning. This role will provide on-site leadership during critical project timeframes, and will assist local and global projects on the use of the Global Data Quality Solution. Accountabilities: Deliver the strategies, tools, governance and process of Data Quality Delivery to Sector Data Teams - Deliver High Quality Data that meets PGT design to ensure operational and reporting upon conversion into MDG, S/4 - Direct Management of Technical Resources to Delivery Global Data Quality Application - Indirect Management of Technical sector data resources, across all sectors (currently EW1, PBNA, FL and EW2) for - DQ Solution, Reconciliation and Leadership Reports via onshore, offshore and hub resources. - Resolution of issues, escalations from people and development to enable successful delivery of Data Quality Application and Sector Data - GDQ SME for all levels from analysts to peers to senior management and executives. - Onboarding of multiple IBM, PepsiCo and Cognizant Team members and executives Project and Sustain (D+A)/DMO - COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Please note that all such company vaccine requirements provide the opportunity to request an approved accommodation or exemption under applicable law Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field. 10+ years IT experience 5+ years in SAP with strong knowledge of backend tables Mandatory 'Technical' Skills + 10+ Years using SQL + 10+ Years of SAP Technical experience. Ideal candidate will know key technical tables names and how they are related. Multiple domains (Material Master, Business Partner, etc) + 5+ Years in ETL (Informatica, Pentaho Data Integration, Data Services) + 2+ Years in scripting using DOS / powershell / Unix + 2+ Years in User Interface technologies C#, .NET, VB, Web/html, Java, JavaScript + 1+ Years in DevOps, Agile and Waterfall methodologies + 1+ Year in Tableau + XS Advanced (SAP) Mandatory 'Non-Technical' Skills Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with higher levels of the organization. Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements Strong collaboration skills across functional and technical teams and multiple vendors / partners Differentiating Competencies Resilient and flexibility keeping emotions controlled to enable focus on ever changing deliverables, priority and team management. Deep understanding of master, supplemental and transaction data delivery during the project through sustain.
