The Sr. HRM is the primary contact for the business GM and works closely with this role and field management including directors, field managers and contact center managers in support of the business. \u0026nbsp;The role covers national operations with a workforce located in a division HQ site containing operations and contact center functions as well as remote measure technician roles across the U.S.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES \u0026 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003E30%- Drives improvement initiatives in response to Company initiated programs like the EOC as well as business specific initiated improvement programs such as leader development, projects that drive associate engagement, process improvement, and partnership with Talent Acquisition on staffing performance.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E30%- Supports the culture growth and integration with The Home Depot core while ensuring leaders and associates are connected to THD\u0026rsquo;s communication channels, development opportunities, training, and does so by ensuring associates and managers are educated on Company expectations, culture, and vision.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E20%- Visits field branches to drive engagement, conducts focus groups on own or in partnership with RARM, identified opportunities where HR can drive service improvement and creates project plans and initiatives to improve on identified service, compliance, and strategic opportunities.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E20%- Regularly consults within the business on performance management, organizational design, roles and routines analysis, performance assessment, learning, and strategic initiatives requiring HR input and advice.\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ENATURE AND SCOPE\u0026nbsp;\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E This position reports to HR Director This position has 2 direct reports\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E Located in a comfortable indoor area.
