**POSITION SUMMARY**

This position will report to the Director of APAC Network Solutions and Excellence (NSX) & Enabling. It will play a critical role in the evaluation and development of projects including distribution/logistics network strategies, market access initiatives, go to market strategies, also includes digitalization and analytics initiatives to support APAC supply chain strategy; drive end-to-end supply chain process improvement and pursue advanced digital capability for APAC region.



He/she will act as liaison for strategic logistics related topics in the region, and ensure that appropriate supply chain strategies are developed. He/she will collaborate with markets and regional GSC teams to understand future requirements, identify, analyze and recommend digital strategy and roadmap. This role will also contribute to achieve regional objectives through digitalization, automation, robotics, analytics, network excellence, all in support of the organization's strategy and mission.



**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Lead, coordinate and support cross functional teams in the development and evaluation of supply and distribution network strategies, market access initiatives, route to market strategies and other alternative supply and distribution models to ensure flexibility/ agility, improved service, quality and cost efficiency in the supply chain

+ Liaise closely with key stakeholders from the markets to ensure that appropriate strategies are developed to effectively support the supply chain strategies

+ Analyze and interpret the supply chain strategies' impacts on the logistics network as well as identifying opportunities for logistics support and cost improvements to the business

+ Responsible for all regional and local business developments activities in APAC, including M&A, JV, in-licensing, out-licensing, etc.

+ Understand, support and deliver inspiring and actionable digitalization and analytics insights in positively impact on supply chain strategy, the development and management of the business

+ Contribute to the development of global & regional digital solutions and analytics strategy

+ Explore tools supporting and enabling the Digital Roadmap in APAC and identify internal and external learning platforms for these tools

+ Understand the business, identify and develop digital innovations to transform work processes and improve efficiencies

+ Engage, prepare and work with market and regional GSC colleagues to propose and present innovative solutions and technology roadmaps to Leadership teams

+ Proactively develop strong relationship with key stakeholders to foster solid partnership alliance in APAC region

+ Partner with PGS/GSC and key stakeholders to ensure appropriate deployment of global and regional supply chain solutions strategies

+ Oversee the implementation of innovative digital and supply chain strategy in APAC

+ Provide SME guidance and support for Digitalization and Analytics evaluations in APAC

+ Interface with supply chain teams, mine and analyze data from various databases to drive optimization and improvement of supply chain performance and business strategies

+ Stay abreast of the latest technologies to support business processes

+ Maintain close working relationships with relevant teams and align best practices, business objectives as well as ensure compliance and adherence to company policies



**REQUIREMENTS**



+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or other relevant discipline

+ More than 10 years of combined Supply Chain and Logistics experience is required, with more than 5 years experience in strategic planning

+ More than 3 years of experience in managing technology, digital and supply chain projects

+ Demonstrated depth of knowledge of the healthcare industry, the customer, and market insight

+ Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and end to end supply chain will be a plus

+ Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive desired outcomes

+ Passionate about working in a fast paced, positively charged environment that focuses on delivering business results.

+ Ability to work in a complex international matrix organization.

+ Strong technical capability to conduct review on digital solution design and implementation

+ Strong financial analysis / business analysis skills

+ Adept at making data driven decisions

+ Change management skills

+ Cross functional collaboration skills

+ Process Improvement and Project Management skills

+ Effective communication/ influencing skills - the ability to produce high quality written communications and documentations in a timely manner; the ability to present project milestones in an organized and comprehensive manner

+ Occasional travel required
