\u003Cdiv data-field=\u0022Position_Description\u0022 class=\u0022Summary\u0022\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPOSITION PURPOSE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E This position contributes to ensure that Workforce Management (WFM) Transformation initiatives are fully supported with the appropriate products. \u0026nbsp;This position works closely with the WFM Implementation team, HR Functional, and IT Business Partners as well as customers of HR and WFM systems.\u0026nbsp; The Sr. Manager leads Product Managers and sets the overall product vision and strategies for the enterprise product thorough an understanding of customer and associate needs\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E 15% Monitor and guide work activity for team. Oversee the coordination, organization and appropriate distribution of work. \u003Cbr /\u003E 30% Recruit, select, orient, train, guide and develop resources; Manage and monitor team performance against SLAs and performance goals. \u003Cbr /\u003E 30% Utilize standard project development methodologies to facilitate delivery of HR System solutions. Manage complex projects from inception to completion, including change management, end user training and support. Provide Subject Matter Expertise and support to HR and other groups as needed. \u003Cbr /\u003E 25% Lead the establishment and maintenance of internal Standard Operating Processes for areas of responsibility.
